This should hopefully answer any questions you have:

How long does it take for my order to ship?
I literally am a one person operation.  I also have a full time job.  So unless it is a big pre-order ship, I usually only ship once per week.

What if I live in Chicago and don't want to pay to have my order shipped?
I used to have a "local delivery" option on the store, but too many people chose the "local delivery" when they lived nowhere near Chicago and got upset that I hadn't shipped the order.  So I got rid of it.  If you're local to me, just shoot me a message.  We can coordinate.

When is my pre-order shipping?
I list on the item page the best available information I have for when the product will be available.  However, I can't control manufacturers or shipping companies.  So sometimes there is a delay.  I will update the estimated shipping date on the product page if things do change.

Why hasn't the post office delivered my item?
I don't know.  I provide tracking numbers on all orders.  Once that tracking number confirms it is in the hands of the post office, I can no longer control anything.  Your best bet is to talk to your local post office.  

My item was marked as delivered, but it's not here.  What can I do?
Unfortunately, this is out of my control.  Your best bet is to call your local post office.  They are able to pull GPS location of where the item was scanned.  If it was delivered to the wrong house, they'll know where it was delivered.  If it was delivered to the correct house, you may have fallen victim to porch pirates.  I suggest asking neighbors that have cameras to look at the time of the delivery scan.
